Accessibility Statement

The County of Santa Cruz Human Services Department (HSD) is committed to making our online content accessible for people with disabilities. We continue to improve access to information on this website.

HSD uses the WCAG 2.0 Level AA as guidelines as we routinely test our website using WAVE, a web accessibility evaluation tool by WebAIM and other manual testing. HSD is actively engaged in the ongoing process of training our content editors and updating our website for compliance with the current accessibility standards.

The HSD website includes pages with links to PDF (Portable Document Format) files. The free Adobe Reader enables users of screen reading technology to access and read most PDF files on this website.
